Balloons Over Paso started out as a mere dream. A young woman went for one balloon flight in Australia, and was so inspired that she made it a mission to become a pilot and small business owner.

With the help of friends, family, colleagues, and hours upon hours of training out of state, Phoebe Brown moved back to her home state of California with a commercial pilots license and started a small balloon company in Paso Robles, California. Now mainly running operations from the ground, Phoebe is typically in the field with our team members daily!

Balloons Over Paso officially got off the ground (pun intended) in late 2018. The company will be introducing a new 4 passenger balloon in January 2019.

Balloons Over Paso is a small business with a mission to make memories to last a lifetime and create a one of a kind experience. Our goal is to give each one of our passengers an unforgettable experience and truly enjoy the beauty and the serenity one can only get from a hot air balloon ride.
