Hot Air Balloon Reservation

Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of your flight. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled flight time will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit. If your flight is canceled due to weather, your deposit will be fully refunded and no additional charges will be made.

NOTE: Hot air balloon rides are incredibly weather dependent, cancellations are always a possibility.

Meeting times vary throughout the year based on sunrise.
